If you are not working with Alter Construction you are in the wrong! Mr. Eli took part in helping fix the outside wall where my shower door was falling. These folks know what they are doing, they are professional, extremely polite and caring. This work was a result of putting my trust on someone that I found on social media. Unfortunately I confided in the wrong person, however Mr. Eli and his workers showed me they could be trusted. The level of communication was outstanding from setting up the ppointment, understanding the job, but most important making sure I was comfortable and satisfied with the work. We did a lot of work with Alter – extended our house, redid floors, painted everything. Despite how big the project was, Eli and Cytnhia made the entire experience a breeze and gave a ton of confidence in the output. There were daily check-ins on what was going to happen and the progress that was made, any anticipated challenges or changes were proactively brought up – and any changes that we made (because I’m a high maintenance client) were handled with grace. And by the end, the timeline was hit perfectly, and the results were stunning. We continue to get complements on the work. It was an incredible experience, and I will be going back to Alter for our next project – redoing our master bedroom and patio.

A Stunning Solution with Heart We reached out to Alter Construction with a unique challenge: we needed a safety barrier for the upstairs ledge in our home — a 20-foot drop that had become a real concern after rescuing our blind kitten, who lost both eyes during the devastating July 2025 floods.
