The Roof Joker

Called to have someone inspect a minor leak coming from the exhaust pipe from our water heater. Josh came in a couple of hours later and climb up the roof. Upon inspecting the attic also, it was found that it was only the sealant that needs to be done from the outside of the roof. He took off the old sealant and put a new one. He even re inspected the attic again to make sure all are in place. Upon asking how much I owe him, he said "Nothing, it was just a minor job". I mean the guy climb up there, spend time and gas money to be there and asked for nothing,.. this after actually fixing the issue, minor as it seems, this guy is awesone. I had my roof replaced by another company about 6 months ago and recently I noticed a small water stain on my ceiling. I tried multiple attempts to get the roof company to come back and take a look, but they never did. My neighbor recommended I call Roof Joker, so I did and I couldn’t be more pleased. The customer service I received from Roof Joker representative, Gabe D’Antoni was exceptional. He took the time to check my roof, identify the issue , seal up the areas causing the leak and solved the problem. Gabe’s positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond the call of duty was incredible and the reason Roof Joker will be my choice roofing company going forward.

These guys are fantastic. They gave us helpful insights as well as lots of choice. I found that Gabriel is local to our neighborhood and even sealed off some quick fixes during his eval.
