My heat pump was 18 years old and I called Advanced to come repair. They fixed my issue but I decided to go ahead and get a new heat pump. I called them and in a couple of weeks they were here installing on the hottest day of the year. They were here on time and had it installed on a couple of hours. They even offered to lend me a window unit if I needed one. I was very impressed and the price was reasonable. If you ever have an issue call them. They're great!

To the person who just recently left a review to complain AAS would not come out to your home because you are not one of their regular customers: you have decreased their rating for providing exceptional and overtime services to loyal customers. It is a perk and benefit of choosing your regular service provider carefully. It is not a fair complaint. If every company were available all weekend to everyone, then you would not be complaining, You would have plenty of options. The benefit is to make sure the regular customers are taken care of with priority. It is also an incentive to consider this when calling for regular maintenance, service, or installs. Few providers have unlimited resources to send out with extreme weather on holidays or weekends.

We wanted to replace our 18 year old gas pack/AC before it failed. Advanced Air Solutions responded quickly to our request for an estimate and gave us a reasonable price. Within a few weeks the new unit was installed. All of the staff were courteous and professional from Phyllis in the office to the installation and service technicians. We are very pleased with the service and the new unit. Advanced Air Solutions is highly recommended!
