Advanced Air Systems

So far, we have received a quote and put a down payment on a Generac whole house generator. Advanced has been very responsive to our contacting them and answering all of our questions. Reggie is a very good and knowledgeable sales person who gave a quick and thorough quote within an hour after arriving at our place, so he could see what he was dealing with and where to install the generator. Let's see how the installation goes...

Advanced Air installed our mini split system and we are very happy with it. It is doing a great job of keeping the house warm. The installation went very smoothly, and the technicians were friendly and professional. They went the extra mile with the removal of our old furnace and even went home and came back with a piece of plywood to finish the job.

Our 20-plus year old furnace finally gave out completely, and the tech (Alex) who came out to check it was great. He was very knowledgeable and very thorough, but due to the age of our unit we needed a new one. We were kind of expecting that news. He got us a great deal on a new furnace, and we decided to add A/C at the same time to save significant money over waiting and doing the A/C later, which we had been pondering for a couple years. The installers, Mike and Eric, expertly installed our new furnace and A/C systems, and thoroughly explained everything. Everything was tested, and the heating and now cooling works great! Very happy with Alex, Mike, Eric and everyone at Advanced Air Systems.

Excellent experience all the way around. Met with Reggie who came out to inspect our current set up for new hvac system and had a quote later same day. Quote was reasonable and included everything we had discussed. Accepted the estimate and had techs out to install next day ( Mike Nicholson and his partner) worked all day into the evening with install. Very impressed!
