I had been delaying in calling an appliance repair person because of the hassle of scheduling, the potential cost and fear lack of honesty in this situation. The appliance is our 2nd oven and I was getting by with the one oven. I received contact information from a coworker and decided it was time to call. I was completely satisfied with the service. Steven returned my calls promptly, was able to schedule within a day, he was prompt with arrival time. I received texts to remind me and confirm the appointment. He was professional, honest and diagnosed & explained the problem and discussed options for repairs or replacement and gave me the choice. Steve was very friendly and professional. The estimates & costs were very reasonable. I wish I would have called months ago, prior to the holiday

We cannot recommend Elite appliance repair enough! The office manager is polite and friendly. Steven was able to come and look at our washer very quickly. We needed parts but Steven was knowledgeable and knew factory resets. He repaired our washer as soon as the part came in. They are also very affordable!!

I cannot say enough about Steve and his company! He has literally saved me at My Airbnb with a few of my appliances going down just before guests are arriving. I really do not like all the new appliances because they do not last as long, but thankfully I have Steve to Fix them and he gets it done so quickly! I call Steve and he’s usually out the next day or sometimes even the same day which is a lifesaver! He is very reasonably priced, so nice and best of all he can fix anything! I highly, highly recommend him to anyone that needs to have their appliances fixed. I have used him so many times and have always been very happy with his service. Thank you, Steve!!!!

Stephen and Elite Appliance Repair are great! They were quick to get me scheduled for my washing machine. Stephen communicated and quickly fixed it. This is the 2nd time we’ve used them and we will definitely use them if/when we need them again.
