Advanced Appliance Service - Charlotte

Abe, his supervisor and co-worker all combined to provide excellent service. They were professional, knowledgeable and very courteous to my wife and myself. They were also especially respectful our our kitchen and took every precaution against damaging our cabinets, floor and quartz countertops.

Very pleased with the service I received from Advanced. Nick R replaced the heating element on my Whirlpool dryer. He was quick, friendly and explained everything was doing. Will definitely use them again.

We had previously used Advanced Appliance years ago when our LG frig died, only after a few years. It was not repairable. Our service guy was exceptionally knowledgeable and kind and helpful. 2026, we moved into a new home with new appliances in April 2025. Unfortunately, they don’t make things to last anymore, and our frig started making this bizarre noise, which we recorded several times to allow the service guy hear what it was doing. I called Rhonda and she sent Jeff out and he thoroughly explained this is a common issue, why it happens and don’t be surprised in a year if you hear it again. This place has some of the worst service I've ever dealt with. I have a warranty for my appliances directly through Whirlpool, and this is the vendor they sent the repair claim to. I wouldn't have chosen them if I'd seen all these reviews. To be fair, after this experience I would not choose this company even if they were FREE. First, when my appointment was scheduled by Whirlpool, I provided them with the error code my dishwasher was blinking, along with the model number, serial, etc. I got a call from Advanced Appliance saying they didn't actually have availability the day Whirlpool scheduled them, and asked if I could push it out a week. I obliged. The technician arrived a week later than I originally expected. He checked the model number. I gave him the error code. He didn't

Adrian was punctual, and friendly and took the time to actually look at my dishwasher and its issues. He had it up and running within 20 mins. I really appreciate how thorough he was with his visit. He was able to fix a problem other companys could not.
