Advanced Appliance Service

I call Advanced Appliance, looking for a part. It was a unique part that they didn't have, but the man told me in detail about another company in town who I could order through. He took the time to help me without any benefit to his own business. No wonder he's got 4.7 stars.

Sam did an amazing job and was very knowledgeable. We had a very old dryer that stopped heating all together and he cleaned it up to the point of it running brand new. I will definitely be calling in the future for any repairs we need!

We called Sam and by noon the very next day, not only had he arrived, he had diagnosed AND repaired our dryer. He was fair, informative, and efficient; advising us how to keep our appliances in good, working condition. We are definitely reaching out to him first should we need any further repairs!

Called asking about a dryer repair, was quickly scheduled to be visited to address/fix the issue the next day. Had the pleasure of meeting Sam and had a great conversation with him as he went right to work on my appliance. He truly goes the full length in not only doing the main repair but ensuring the appliance is entirely set to go for many years more to come. Sam was quick to respond to my service need. The money-saving from other appliance repair businesses was enormous. He went above and beyond the repair and even cleaned my dryer duct work. Charged me minimum amount of dollars. Dryer up and running. Better than a new one! Thanks to Sam again! I would recommend and will not hesitate to call him again!
