I hired Advance Building Sevices to take down an old deck and put in pavers. Gary was knowledgeable and very helpful in helping us decide what we wanted. He also suggested that we put in a French Drain to fix the river that ran throw our backyard every time it rained. Wow! It was worth every dollar that we spent. so much better We were so happy with his work we had them do a sidewalk out front. His crew was very professional and hardworking. We have gotta so many compliments from neighbors. In the Fall we had ABS come do a new roof for us. They were quick and even ended up recommending we replace our three skylights which had seen better days. It didn’t even slow them down, they went and got the skylights and replaced them the same day! Gary is the first person I call when I need work don

ABSI is easy and efficient to work with - All of their employees are very knowledgeable. We use them on approximately 10 properties and have nothing but positive things to say about their work. Dan in particular, one of their technicians, was willing to go above and beyond to get a job completed and answer all of our questions and find reasonable solutions to our issues. We are so grateful and appreciative to be partners with ABSI - highly recommend!

I would not recommend this company or use them in the future due to the poor customer service received. The technician called out sick and could not reschedule until five days later knowing we had a 2 and 3 year old exposed to the cold environment in the home. Additionally, I did not feel this company did a good job of informing the consumer throughout the process of the cost associated with the repair including the fact that the time associated with driving to the house is considered "labor," which cost an hour of labor or $125. Additionally, when I called to voice my concerns the business representative, Steven, acted extremely condescending in manner and made erroneous assumptions.

They contract with our apartment building. Have had them come out multiple times over 3 years. Unable to diagnose problems, difficult to work with and schedule with. Because they cannot diagnose problems we are without AC for the entire summer while we wait for a replacement part from a new contractors. Do not use.
