It is always complicated to select the right contractor when you invest your own money. The job Eric did went above my expectations. With Eric and his team, I made the right bet. I am so glad I picked him after an intensive benchmark. At first, I did like that he was factual in regards of what he could do and what he couldn’t. He took the time to explain to me with detail how he would operate. Once I decided to work with him, he took care of the permit paperwork and provide me with a clear timeline. Eric and his team did a great job rebuilding my deck. He handled everything from permit, deck demo, new deck plan and rebuild as promised and he always stands behind his work. He is also very responsive with all the questions I have. I couldn't be happier with this beautiful deck. Thank you!

We engaged ABS to replace the decking and railing at our condominium complex's clubhouse. The old decking and railing were wood and, as wood will do, it was failing. We had a handicapped ramp installed in 2013 using Azec planking so we asked Eric to use the same planking on the deck and integrate it with the existing decking on the ramp, which did not need updating. We also chose a painted aluminum railing system. A couple of us trustees investigated several companies and got bids. We also went to visit jobs that ABS had done, both of which were at single-family homes. Both homeowners were effusive with their praise and we could see the quality work for ourselves. In the end, ABS tied with another company for the best price but we felt that ABS would be the better choice since decks
