I asked for a carpet cleaner who could get out VERY dirty traffic area along with their cleaning people to clean the windows, etc. The kid who showed up didn't pretreat the traffic area at all. After he was done it barely looked like it had been cleaned and once it dried it looked worse. The cleaners for the windows just never showed up at all. When he was done I used some pretreating of my own and THEN had him clean it again in the traffic area. That helped greatly but as you can see in the pictures it is still not clean (probably because I used all the pretreating I had but it wasn't enough). I would never use these people again nor would I recommend them!!
Advanced Carpets has done all my carpeting in my home and offices for the past 20 years. Great service and flooring products.
Advanced carpet stood behind their work. Chance did an excellent job installing the bathroom tile.
Great selection and even better customer service. Would definitely recommend!
