We hired Advanced Concrete LLC to replace my elderly mom’s entire driveway, and their equipment damaged the existing sidewalk and approach in the process. We called repeatedly, but they either wouldn’t return calls or said they’d call back and never did. When we finally reached the owner, Tim Sr., he was shockingly rude - he even swore at me, something I’ve never experienced from a business owner before. Hung up on my face multiple times. They treated us with complete disrespect. The estimator, Marty, was also rude and aggressive on the phone when we first informed them there was damage done to the existing driveway. Asked for a Patio and this is what we got. The person named Marty apparently doesn’t give any recommendations or info on what to expect like a foot 1/2 drop, so we will be contacting another concrete company to add steps and correct the horrendous steps. Staff are really nice but the job is poor considering we paid over $6700 for this. There is a mess left and wires were left behind. First contractor I’ve ever been truly disappointed in.

We hired them last summer to install a patio, and the experience was disappointing. During the project, they damaged our neighbor’s sprinkler head and left a significant mess behind. When we contacted them afterward, they initially made it sound like the issue would be taken care of, but after multiple follow-ups, their responses became brief and eventually stopped altogether. The damage was never fixed, and I’ll now be paying out of pocket to have my neighbor’s sprinklers repaired this spring. I gave them plenty of time and the benefit of the doubt, but they did not stand by their word. Avoid - do not hire.

Tim came out to our house on a Sunday and by the next Sunday job all done! Our deck was a mess and had to go, he made everything easy, reasonably priced and looks fantastic! Can't wait for summer to enjoy it more. Before and after pics...

I had high hopes for this company when I hired them to complete my cement work, but unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. About three months after the job was finished, I noticed visible cracking and reached out several times to discuss what options might be available. Both Tim Sr. and Tim Jr. completely avoided my calls and texts. I never received a follow-up, explanation, or even an acknowledgment of my concerns. Once they had my money, the customer service disappeared entirely. It’s frustrating to spend good money expecting quality work and accountability, only to be ignored when an issue comes up shortly after completion. I would strongly recommend getting everything in writing and being cautious before doing business with them.
