Concrete Leveling & Replacement

I had the pleasure of working with Scott from Concrete Leveling and Repair for a quote on my concrete slab replacement project. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, demonstrating a clear expertise that stood out compared to other contractors and companies I had considered. Scott took the time to explain the process thoroughly and was very professional throughout. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to move forward with the company's services due to surprise budget constraints, but I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others who are looking for a reliable and skilled contractor. Scott WILL NOT CALL ME BACK on a job they did sealing my driveway. The sealing was coming up in a few spots. I call Scott he answered and said he would let the office know about it and they’ll call me. I’ve called him and the office multiple times and left messages. They will not get back with me. * All you had to do is answer the call and explain to me what was going on. I’am a reasonable person. What you were doing is just wrong and bad for a business. I love helping small businesses and people. I’ve been doing it for over 40 years in my job. As far as the fixing of the sealer in the driveway I’ll do it myself.

Have not had the work done yet, but had an issue with scheduling for a quote. Was contacted and the issue was corrected with scheduling and received my quote. Will update once the work is done.

Shout out to Tom, Tim, Brandon and Randy from Concrete Leveling & Replacement on the job you did at my home in Plymouth, from start to finish it was top notch, including the clean up! All the surrounding cement slabs around our inground pool area, including the two patio sections and sidewalk leading up to the backyard was in desperate need of leveling and repair! I am so happy that we called Concrete Leveling & Replacement.

Paul and his team did a great job on the replacement concrete sidewalk that was installed. The team explained everything during the process and didn't seem to mind me asking question after question while they were doing the work. The entire crew was respectful of my yard, plants/flowers, and existing structures (house, deck, etc). Everything was picked up, put back, or cleaned off prior to leaving and even more clean-up happened when they came back the next day to remove the forms and stakes. I have to mention that there was 1 issue that occurred during the demo where a PVC pipe (installed under the existing concrete) was damaged. Paul was willing to pay for a new pipe/materials and install it to make things right. Thankfully this didn't hold up pouring the new concrete and everything
