Grainger Industrial Supply

New customer and expected a great outcome. My furnace isn't working, figured out the part needed and ordered it Thursday, supposed to be in next day but nope. I call and I'm told it'll be ready for pick up Monday. It's 3pm and nothing. I call and someone puts me on hold for 12 minutes and never comes back before I hang up. That's ridiculous for customer service. Should update every few minutes. So I email and Haylee responds and said she'll check into it and here we are Tues morning and nothing.

I'm trying to get my warranty through Knipex tools what is his life time warranty and these people in Granger did not able to help me warranty they pretty much send me away have a good day they said

I was here this morning around 10 and the gentleman that helped me was great. They didn’t have the part I needed but he tried locating it somewhere else for me. Unfortunately I didn’t get his name but I really appreciated him.

Great place. A little expensive. But great customer service.

Great place. All the front desk guys are extremely helpful.
