Advanced Cooling

Colton took care of my maintenance. Offered cost of a new unit that crashed. Too expensive and also drip pan. I was told more than two spills to ruin ceiling and walls that a drip pan was installed. So I don’t understand that. So please look into that. I am paying to surge and ozone. Ozone isn’t obvious to me beyond allergens I was told it would take care of smells which it doesn’t now. I think it did for a week. I am paying $100 for all that

Colton provided great service and help! He explained everything well and has provided options for us to make the best decisions for our home. I'm so thankful for him and Advanced Cooling - they have been a lifesaver when we needed them the most!

The company was very quick, efficient, and nice. they got the work done really fast. The only thing I'm dissatisfied with is the price of it all, I called them about the internal blower fan and possibly ball bearings on my air conditioning unit and they kept finding things to tack on to the bill. So what should have only been about a $1,200 charge wound up costing me $2,600. Now I'm not entirely positive that that's their fault from what it seems, they were just a lot of contributing factors that were unexpected. I directly needed my air conditioner fixed so other than the price, I have no real complaints. I give them a 7 out of 10 stars but since there is only a five-star system here I'm going to give them 4. My actual rating would be about 3.5.

Advanced Cooling Team came through in some Chilly Times. They had to replace my heat pack during the storm. The team Bekka and Colton were pleasant and as timely as they could be with the terrible roads and bitter cold. Thanks Again Lou
