Excellent quality of work, excellent quality of materials, and excellent attitude!!! One section of my 40-year old 3-pole split rail cedar fence just fell over this summer and I knew the entire thing was going to need replacement. The cedar fence Jim installed is a faithful replica of the original and is exactly what I wanted. But Jim’s ability to repair my pressure-treated stockade fence, which was significantly damaged by hurricane winds, demonstrates his skillful craftsmanship. If I didn’t know which part of the fence had been literally blown apart, I wouldn’t be able to pick out the repaired section. Jim also strengthened and stabilized the remaining 5 sections. His work is so remarkable that I don’t think I’ll have to worry about either fence for another 50 years! Thanks so much, Jim!

I never thought a fence (or a fence company) could make me so happy. Jim was quick to respond to my quote request, on time for our appointment and offered a wonderful viewpoint for our project. He was very patient with me and the 1,000 questions I had. Our stock arrived right when he said it would and he installed the fence a few short days later. Jim was a powerhouse, he worked tirelessly to get our fence installed. Every request/detail we discussed in the planning stages was meticulously met upon installation. Our yard was left clean and trees/shrubs were respected. We could not be happier with our fence; I only wish I had a bigger yard!

This rating is for customer service. I am happy with the fence, but not the follow up service I was promised. I was assured by the owner that if I ever needed any adjustments, he'd be happy to care of it since he was "right around the corner". 3+ weeks later I'm still awaiting an adjustment to my gate that I am unable to use.

They put up a fence at our house and the gate to it broke within a year. Poor craftsmanship and customer service.
