Ambassador Pools

Working with Jim C from Ambassador Pools was a wonderful experience! He gave us a thorough and informative walk through of what makes Ambassador and Kayak pools special which really helped alleviate any of our concerns with installing and owning a pool. From the installation to first few weeks of getting to use our pool, Jim was incredibly responsive and supportive with all our questions. We couldn’t be happier with the results and our family is excited for years of memories and fun!

Awesome experience with Ambassador Pools! Called the office on a Wednesday. Met with Jim C. on Thursday, pool delivered on Monday, Eddy and his crew had the pool installed by Wednesday!! Water hose in all afternoon and over night, we were swimming in a week! Jim is great at explaining how the pool is built and it's awesome features. I did not feel rushed, he also helped us choose what size pool was best for our yard and family. Overall a great experience! Meet with Jim and you won't be disappointed!

I'm love my new Kayak pool from Ambassador Pools. They got it installed on time and took care of the few issues I had promptly. Overall, it was a good experience and the pool is beautiful. Thanks Ambassador.

Spoke with Buzz on Wednesday, pool was delivered the following Monday. On Wednesday Armando and his crew showed up right on time and got to work. A couple hours later they text me a picture of a large rock in the ground. We spoke on the phone and within the hour it took for me to get home, they managed to get it out of the ground and continue with the install. By the end of the day I had the first water delivery going in the pool. That crew went above amd beyond what I expected !! This past weekend Greg came out and closed the pool. He showed me exactly how to do it and explained everything. We did get to use the pool a couple times before it got too cold, but are excited for the spring and summer next year.

We are absolutely thrilled with our Kayak pool and happy we went with Ambassador Pools. We started the purchasing process early in the year. Pat (Sales Dept.) was wonderful to work with - answering all our questions with great patience and a wealth of knowledge. We purchased a 12x24 pool to abut our current deck. The crew unfortunately ran into a couple of hiccups during the excavation part on the day of installation, but resolved the issues and were able to complete the install the same day. We found a few things that needed to be tweaked in the days that followed, but in working with Greg (Service Manager), who was pleasant and quick to respond, everything was taken care of shortly after.
