Mike came to repair our bubbler within a few days of our call. After some initial analysis, he pinpointed where the leak was coming from. He did a simple fix to start the repair process and suggested how to proceed on our own from there. He was totally right, and we were able to fix it thanks to his guidance. When we asked him for an invoice, he would not hear of charging us for the house call or for the repair! Great service. We will definitely use him again for any fountain-related issues. Highly recommend.

Absolutely amazing experience with this company! I called Mike (owner) and started to leave a voicemail and noticed he was calling me. WOW! It's hard enough to get someone to callback after leaving a VM, but Mike called while I was leaving a voicemail! Very friendly and professional! He asked a few questions and then asked if I could send pics which I did. He sent a text indicating he received pics and would probably be able to stop by within a couple of days! Perfect! Well, later the next day he sent me some pics of what he found (he dig up around the fountain and found many issues). I asked how much to fix and he said he would send me an estimate sometime later the next day. That same night he send me a very detailed text of what it would take to fix and the cost. It seemed very fair!

I wasn't sure how the fountain would look after the job was completed, and I was pleasantly surprised! Mike was knowledgeable and knew his craft. I highly recommend him.
