I called Alex when my smart thermostat stopped working and he came right out to troubleshoot the issue. He was very friendly, polite and honest. He took the time to carefully explore solutions and expertly diagnosed and repaired the issue. I enjoyed having Alex in my home and would call him first if anything else comes up. Highly recommend!!

Our heat went out on a Sunday when most other places were unavailable. Alex came out right away and got everything up and running quickly. Very friendly and very knowledgeable. Would highly recommend.

Boiler failed to start leaving us without heat and hot water. Called Sunday morning and Alex was here in about 20 minutes !!! He tried and it's dead..also pointed out serious safety concerns where the heat exchanger had rotted thru allowing exhaust into the house. We knew it needed replaced but hoped fir this Spring..he went over multiple options and it just makes sense to replace it now. Really nice and knowledgeable guy. Thank you!
