Don went above and beyond during his routine check up on our furnace. As he was looking over the furnace, he noticed the exhaust pipe for our water heater somehow shook loose and was blowing that exhaust directly up through the basement into our home. As soon as he noticed it, he brought it to my attention and took the time to explain his concerns and assist me with getting the pipe temporarily and safely back in place and help guide me in a direction to make the fix more permanent. I feel extremely confident and secure in knowing that Don, and ARC as a whole, will be looking out for the best interests of all of us whenever business is being done.

Ark serviced the AC & heat unit at our rental today. I was left to deal with a big mess from my grandfather passing and my divorce. Not only did they work around my piles of stuff without complaint, they kept me in the loop about everything they were doing. Landon and the other gentleman were extremely knowledgeable, patient and kind. They resolved the problem very quickly, and even showed me where the filter was I'd need to clean and how to clean it. Great company and I will be hiring them in the future for the flip I'm doing on the same property.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with this company. I called their customer service to inquire about heating oil a few months ago and had a few questions I needed answered before placing an order. Instead of addressing my concerns, the representative abruptly hung up on me. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable, especially for a service that people rely on for essential needs like heating. I expected better communication and basic courtesy. Based on this interaction, I ended up going with Nittany Energy and they were far better; customer service, professionalism, and service time.

They don't tell you a price till the day before so you cant pay when you order. So I called at 10 am to pay the day of and they said they were already there and just passed by because there wasn't a check. I told them when I ordered I'd call to pay it the morning of delivery. Not the first issue I've had with them.
