Advanced Heating & Air Conditioning

Matt from Advanced arrived 20 minutes early, we extremely helpful, personable, welcomed me to watch and ask questions. He thoroughly looked over our AC unit, went on the roof to do an inspection, made a few simple recommendations for the next visit, and tested each register to confirm that we are getting good air flow and proper air temperature.....49 degrees from each register! This was the best service we have ever had and we will certainly contact Advanced for anything we need for our air conditioning and for a future central heat pump. Thank you, Matt, and Advanced!

They did a great job with a completely new heat pump / AC installation (new outdoor condenser and inside air handler and new lines). Mike Ritchie is very knowledgeable and could answer all questions I threw at him. They are also an Elite dealer for Heil so your warranty goes from 10 years to 12 years. If you are a United Technologies employee you also get the employee discount since Heil is a Carrier brand (...and less expensive than exactly identical Bryant or Carrier branded units).

Writing today as experienced classic central AC failure, middle of summer on the weekend. Called 8:10 AM Monday morning, Rachel was able to dispatch a tech for 9 AM and he was here on time as committed. Technician was Alan and he was the most courteous, conscientious tech ever. Think he solved the issue, but even if it proves to be something else, will have them back to continue to troubleshoot if need be. First time ever needed a technician like this so rest assured, will be using them if need ever arises point forward, and would highly recommend Advanced for your HVAC needs.

Theses guys are awesome I have a geo thermal system and the hot water heater was leaking . So I called and found out a and b cooling retired and mike owns it now which I talked to guy and wished him my best on his retirement. So. Mike ordered the new tank with a heat pump and all the good stuff Fast service and the guys were awesome they did a beautiful job nice and neat cleaned up never known they were there ! and they had to drive over a hour to get to my home !!! I had Mike and Co. install a new central A/C unit and furnace in my home in January 2021. They also added 1 additional duct to my duct work. Everyone I came in contact with at this company were extremely professional. Mike and his wife helped me every step of the way. They are VERY knowledgeable on working with EnergizeCT.com. They knew the ins and outs of how the whole process works. I am extremely leery when it comes to home repair etc, but they could not have made me feel more comfortable. I recommend them to everyone who needs HVAC work done, in the area.
