Advanced Heating Cooling & Mechanical

I hired Advanced to do work on my heating system, and spent over $6000. I called them to service the system and made an appointment the following week. An hour before the appointment, after the service man texted me to say he would be at my house, they called and said they couldn't make it afterall. I had already stayed home from work and rearranged my schedule to fit this appointment in. No apology-just you're going to have to rearrange your schedule to fit our needs. They obviously have no regard for their customers' needs and think nothing of causing inconvenience even for an established customer who had given them a handsome profit. Never again.

Leaks and problems all over. Two brand new ac units installed. Only one has worked. My laundry room power was cut in attic for the one unit use the power… the main unit was left unhooked because they said they could hook the power up. Last winter my house was at 55 degrees with newborn. Was so called fixed. For this winter to have an outrageous gas bill all winter to find out my system has been leaking 24 hours a day 7days (yes the leak is in the main line before the boiler valve so it’s constantly leaking) a week while my family’s inside. I had Advanced install the solar at my work location and the install work was wonderful! The techs were very professional and courteous. I was a tad upset about how long it took to get the approval to install from Delmarva, but other than that great experience!

In 2014 we had 20 panels installed on the right side of our mobile home. Everything was OK. In 2018 I had 20 more panels installed and another inverter box as of two months ago the inverter from 2018 stopped working. I have made over 11 calls and have sent a certified letter. I’ve only spoken to Bill once. He said he be out he never came. Every time I call nobody calls me back. My next step is the Attorney General office and the Better Business Bureau and my last step will be an attorney, what a hell of a way to run a business, also, taking in mind that I have 40 panels on a double wide mobile home my electric bills are still high.
