I had the good fortune of having Don recommended to me by a friend for a recent home inspection. He was extremely responsive and able to schedule an appointment in just a matter of days. Don was professional, thorough, and exceptionally knowledgeable. Throughout the inspection process, he flagged major issues that would need to immediately be addressed, noted things that might be able to wait but eventually require work, and noted things about the home that I wouldn't have ever considered (e.g., heating costs). He consistently checked-in to ask if I had any questions. Don is a wealth of knowledge on home-related issues and my only regret is that Don didn't perform the inspection of my current home.
