CNY Custom Concrete & Masonry

Horrible experience! I paid a great deal of money for a sidewalk. At first it looked beautiful however after 3 months my dark tan sidewalk that matched my house turned gray. I contacted the owner and sent him pictures and he said it looked like the sealer turned white but it could be fixed. When I didn't hear back from him after a couple of weeks I emailed him again. He sent one of his workers up to look at it. This guy indicated to us that there was a problem with how they sealed it and he would talk with the owner. Again I didn't hear anything so after 2 weeks I texted the owner again and reiterated what his worker said and asked when they would fix it. I then received a call from his worker stating that he had just gotten screamed at and he didn't want to lose his job. He told me that w

Had an appointment for estimate, was told I would hear back from someone in regards my estimate. I waited 10 days haven’t heard back, I’ve message the guy who stopped by and also no response. Luckily I have other companies that want my business. Update, I see the company responded to my review. But they couldn’t contact me directly. This is the problem with companies today. Taking care of a customer isn’t important enough and they want me to contact them about the issue, not the other way around. No thank you I have someone that has been in contact with me for my business. I do hope others have better luck

Outstanding company. From the estimate to the final product, they were punctual and transparent. Mario and his team are very professional and do amazing work. Will definitely have more work done by them.

Franky is great, likeable , honest , very knowledgeable on all home maintenance and concrete issues. He gave me referrals to people for other home maintenance issues I had. He was prompt, came out immediately, sent estimate, and photos and explained everything, took his time. Their prices were fair and reasonable. It appears to be a family business also. Plus the company has been in business a long time.

Mario and his team did an excellent job at my home. I received an estimate in a timely manner. The work was completed in the time frame identified. I am very pleased with my experience with CNY Custom Concrete.
