We have used Advanced IPM at our sites for over 4 years. The techs are always helpful and provide knowledgeable feedback. Our current tech Soslan is very friendly and always willing to come back to help our residents if an issue arises outside our normal scheduled days.

Cory showed up at our agreed time looked at the area that I was I concerned about with ants, he explained the process and treatment. He quoted a price and I asked that he sign us up. He did a first treatment today. He was very polite, no high pressure sales speech. I was very happy with his low key sales approach. I would recommend his service to any one looking for pest service!
