So I was in a weird sticky situation. 1400 miles away from my home. My son dropped my keys in the elevator shaft at our hotel and the hotel would not help me to get my key and since it was Presidents’ Day, the elevator company stated that it would be an overtime fee to come out and access the elevator room and could not give me a quote over the phone. So I called AAA and they opened the car for me and then they provided me with Advanced lock service number. They gave me a time estimate of an hour time and he came in within 30 minutes of that time he was prompt, kind, courteous, and respectful, took care of me as if I was a family member. Patrick was my angel. He came promptly and made a new key for me and fixed up a remote for me. I’m was anxious because I’m on a tight budget and wasn’t sure if I could afford it. Thank you to Patrick for his expertise in copying a small key A126. Was not able to have it done at a key copying kiosk including at the various hardware stores. Please note that the store is open from 8:30 AM to 10 AM for walk-ins. After that they're on the road doing "house calls".
