I have only good things to say about AMS. I have found their technicians to be knowlegeable and trustworthy whether maintainig my Mitsubishi mini-splits or servicing my Peerless gas boiler. They tell you what you need and don't try to oversell you. I have recommended AMS to other friends of mine, with the same experience. Thumbs up!!

This was my first time using the services from AMS and I will be a repeat customer! First, they came out to evaluate my heat/AC units, and gave me a free estimate. After I scheduled an appointment, they came and removed all 4 units, took them back to their shop, and returned them sparkling clean within a few hours. The technicians were very professional, friendly, and they were very considerate of their surroundings. A+ for AMS.

I’ve been dealing with AMS for approximately four years and have purchased two Air Condition units for my condo, spaced three years apart. Overall, the technicians are excellent and the installation quality is solid. Elaine Costa Is good to deal with. The first unit had persistent issues with the thermostat—it required technician visits every time the seasons changed to make adjustments. Eventually, the thermostat was replaced, and it’s been working fine since. The second unit was just installed recently. So far, everything looks good, although the heat hasn’t been turned on yet.

I had to get my AC unit replaced recently, and I worked with AMS to get it done. Everyone was professional, and explained step-by-step what needed to be done. Thank you so much for the easy installation!
