Their quote includes an analysis on why there’s mold and what best options you can do after the removal to prevent future mold. They are flexible on savings, you can do some of the work to get savings like removing insulation, renting your own dumpster, or maybe something else. I was giving a friend the name and recommendation of Advanced mold the other day, when I was looking up the ph. Number I saw the review page. I thought I should write one since I’ve given their name to several people. I can’t begin to say enough good things about our experience with them. From Stormy who came out to assess our problem to the techs that did the work. Very professional left our home spotless, also reasonably priced. We had a “mold specialist” come out and she practically wanted to tear down our home and have it rebuilt! Advanced mold explained everything we needed done and did a perfect job. I would highly recommend them.

From the initial estimate, it was clear they really know what they’re doing. Vance treated my home as if it were his own, taking the time to thoroughly assess not just the mold itself, but also the root cause and how to prevent it from happening again after remediation. The initial consultation took maybe 20 min. He recorded the space with a camera and dictated his notes for the rest of the team. The day of remediation, the whole process took a couple of hours. Very reasonable pricing. The team was knowledgeable and answered all my questions thoughtfully. While I didn’t enjoy having a mold problem in the wall of my bathroom, I’m glad it was resolved quickly and I took this as an opportunity to renovate.
