I had a great experience with Dees Plumbing and Heating. Charles came out to help with an issue where one of our heating zones wasn’t warming properly, and he was excellent from start to finish. He was quick, professional, clean, and very knowledgeable, and he explained what was going on in a way that made everything easy to understand. The pricing felt fair and honest, and best of all, he got everything working again just in time for a big winter storm. I’m really grateful for how smooth the whole process was. FANTASTIC! I cannot say enough good things about Dees. I originally called them for a leak in my basement that was coming from the upstairs bathroom. Ironically, a few hours later my water heater stopped working too. Charles said he didn’t want me to be without hot water and didn’t want the leak to get worse, so he made arrangements to his schedule to come out the very next morning. They looked at the water heater and it was a simple problem they were able to fix in five minutes. He didn’t even charge me for it! He assessed the problem with the leak, explained it to me in a way I could understand, and was able to fix that quickly too. I reached out to Dees Plumbing & Heating for emergency service when my boiler stopped working at around 6pm. Charles responded back to me within a minute and he was at my house about 20 minutes later. Charles was friendly, respectful and professional. He quickly discovered and resolved the issue.
