I had a job that was not a move, I was gifted a rug and wanted it put down in my bedroom. My furniture needed be to move out and placed back in, including my bed which needed to be disassembled and reassembled. The guys who came were very careful with my stuff and finished quickly. Excellent communication when parking in my neighborhood held them up. All arranged with Vance over the phone , who made the process super easy and a fair price. Would use again!!!!

These movers are awesome!! From the beginning, they made the booking process seemless. Very easy simple and quick. The movers were incredibly efficient. They used a combination of stretch-wrap and furniture pads to ensure the sofa was protected from any damage. What truly impressed me, though, was the skillful way they maneuvered the sofa through the front door — it was no easy task. Despite having a fifth-floor walk-up, they handled everything with ease, professionalism, and not a single complaint. Just a team of motivated movers who got my entire apartment relocated without a hitch. I’ll definitely be calling them again for any future moves — whether for myself, family, or friends.

It was terrible. I booked them for a move, and it was a disaster. It took them 12 hours to complete my move. They charge hourly, so they took their time. It took them three hours to get from one place to the other, which normally takes 30 minutes. Traffic wasn't the reason, as I checked the travel time with GPS. For that three-hour ride, I was charged the hourly rate of $250 x 3 = $750 plus the extra 9 hours it took them to complete the moving. I was charged for 5 movers, but only 4 were there the entire time. They threw an expensive mirror on the floor. They said they would fix it, but they never did. I was a little concerned with the negative reviews. But took a chance because I can't imagine this being a bad company with all the good reviews. So I went ahead and booked these movers. They showed up an hour late, but kept in touch with me regarding the delays. But boy, did they make up for it! They ran out all the boxes and miscellaneous items out of my home first.  I couldn't believe how fast. Then they wrapped up the furniture and secured one of my dressers which I did leave some clothes in. With time a little concerning because the unload building has a 5pm cut-off time for moving, these movers were able to load and unload the truck just before the deadline and got everything in with no damages. I'm very pleased with these movers and they do some quality work. Wil hire again

We hired the Advanced Moving Pros to move the contents of our living room and dining room into a pod in the driveway. The team was great! They were flexible when we had to change our date. They were on time and got our furniture safely into our pod. We will be calling them again soon to move back into the house.
