Advanced On-Site Concrete

I had a small concrete job to lay a few slabs and some stairs in my front yard. The guys at Advanced were very patient as we aren’t full-time professional concrete contractors and they still took our calls and answered all of our questions. On the day of the job, they delivered the product as described, on time. Everyone was very nice and the product was great. 10/10

My driveway was a real mess, but with price of concrete these days I cant afford to replace it. A couple guys came out to do their thing and when they were done I was amazed!Several months later I called and spoke to Wendy because there were acouple small concerns I had before I move forward to seal all the cracks. Nick was out the next day to check out my concerns. These people are wonderful to deal with, prices are reasonable for the work they did, whatever they decide to do or not regarding my concerns I still recommend them highly ! Great work guys !

I placed two separate orders and received the wrong product both times. I was charged again for the correct items and never refunded for the incorrect ones. After your team refused to issue a refund, I had no choice but to dispute the charges through my credit card company. This situation has been completely unacceptable, and I expect a proper resolution and acknowledgment of your error.

By far the absolute worst experience I have ever had with a concrete supply company. Monday 11/13 , I placed an order in for concrete that was supposed to be delivered Wednesday 11/15, the lady over the phone gladly took my deposit and placed my order. CONFIRMED the order within that same day. Tuesday 11/14, I rescheduled my order due to the rain for Thursday 11/16 which they STILL VERIFIED would work! Today Wednesday 11/15 rolls around, I get a call around 2pm from the supplier informing me that "due to the cold weather" we will not be supplying you with concrete no longer. I was informed 3 Hours before they close the plant which really goes to show how much they value customers. That is absolutely absurd and unprofessional.
