I am formally reporting an extremely disturbing and unacceptable experience with this company. I had a confirmed appointment scheduled for 4:00 PM. However, the technician, Francis Munoz, did not arrive until after 9:00 PM — more than five hours late, without reasonable explanation or professional communication. Upon arrival, he immediately demanded payment before performing any services. When I attempted to address the situation and discuss the appointment delay, his behavior became aggressive. He proceeded to shove me and then stormed out of my home. As a result of his conduct, I felt unsafe and was forced to contact law enforcement. Major leak....occurred at my home on Saturday. They referred a restoration company-Emergency Restoration Experts, LLC. The restoration company couldn't have anyone come out until the next day, thus, more water damage. Then the restoration company comes out on Sunday, spends 5 hours and takes their time ( thus, it is overtime or time and a half) Then they don't contact the plumber to come back and get the work done. It is left up to me. They work hand in hand together but, they can't contact the plumber with a severe leak? I have an 87 year old mother who has dementia. We can't use the bathroom or wash dishes, etc. Dangerous for my mother with her health. Justin and his team ensured the misdiagnoses of my plumbing problems was corrected and offered further information with regard to the cause and that saved me thousands of dollars as my insurance covered everything! They responded to a plumbing crisis very quickly and were considerate of our concern for our trees as they dug to find an existing pipe in our yard to reconnect our water service. Helpful and resourceful. Would recommend!

Steven was absolutely great and coming and fixing our toilet that a previous non experienced plumber had did. Fantastic job and would definitely recommend again.
