John has helped me on multiple critical issues, from a clogged pipe upstairs that was leaking through the downstairs A/C vent, to a clogged kitchen sink, to frozen external pipes. He has always been timely, gave a fair price, and always fixed the issue without selling additional. More important, he is a great guy. Always friendly, cares about his customers and cares about the quality work he performs. He is my go to guy and I would not think of using anyone else.

John and his team did an excellent job in replacing 2 toilets in our house. John immediately responded after we contacted the company. His team was very clean during the installation period and answered all of our questions with courtesy and professionalism. John and his team ensured that we were completely satisfied with the work they had done after the completion of the project.

My water heater was making unusual noises so I called Advanced Plumbing. John made time to stop by my house that morning and was very professional, informative, and kind. He clearly shared my options and didn’t try to upsell. I would trust his expertise and suggestions and will definitely call him when future plumbing issues arise.

After my handyman canceled 5 appointments to replace my kitchen faucet, I called John at 3 pm on a Thursday. John immediately asked if I was available the next day. I told him I was not available until after 3pm. He said he would check his schedule and get back to me, or he could do it Saturday. Within a few minutes he scheduled my appointment for 3pm on Friday. 2:45pm on Friday he texted that he was on his way. 2:55 he arrived early in a very impressive looking van. Without any delay he proceeded to replace my faucet. Despite some unrelated plumbing problems, he quickly completed the installation and restored the under-sink area to its original condition. Highly recommend this company! (I never write reviews but absolutely had to for this company!) The owner himself came to our rescue and we couldn’t have been more pleased. Circumstances made the leak hard to find but it became quickly evident that he possessed enough skill and experience to know how to overcome each obstacle he encountered; went way above my expectations to make sure the leak was not only quickly found but fixed with the least amount of disruption to my house and belongings. He was meticulous, answered all my questions and concerns with great care and precision, and is obviously passionate about his work as was demonstrated by his level of excellence in all he said and did.
