Advanced Pressure washing LLC

We are very happy with the way our shed came out. It was covered with moss and algae from trees hanging over it, but after the pressure washing, it looks like a new roof. These guys did a great job and even took extra time because of the amount of algae our roof had. I would recommend these guys to everyone. And their prices are very reasonable. AAA+++

Cole was great to work with and our windows and deck came out amazing. Communication from initial quoting, scheduling, appointment reminders all the way through day of cleaning was great. They were very friendly and professional. We will definitely be using them again! The view from our clean windows and deck is perfect now. 2025 update: this is my third year using Cole with advanced. I think I’m even more pleased this year than I have been the previous two. Amazing job. Love my view through sparkling, clean windows.

Completed online “instant quote” request, 3 days later still no quote. Called today for quote, they source calls to The Philippines! Not very local and doesn’t support the local economy! They post this on their website: Being a locally owned and operated company, when you choose Advanced Pressure washing you are not only supporting me and my family but, you are supporting your entire community and for that we appreciate you Well, I don’t find a call center in the Philippines supporting our local economy so I certainly won’t use this company!

I couldn’t be happier with the results! Advanced Power Washing did an incredible job power washing our house — the siding looks brand new, and years of dirt and grime were completely washed away. The team was punctual, professional, and respectful of our property. They took the time to explain the process, worked efficiently, and paid attention to all the details, including the back patio and driveway.i would highly recommend them.

I should have took before pics, but the difference is night and day! In the one pic you can see Seth power washing and what the concrete looked like prior. The driveway looks like there are still spots, but it is actually from my son putting tire shine on his tires at least twice a week. I am very please with how everything turned out! Cole and his staff were very professional and courteous plus the communication was excellent! I would highly recommend Advanced and will definitely use them again for my power washing needs! Jim O
