Bryce, my initial contact with New American Home Improvement was very helpful in initiating the process of checking/collecting for hail and wind damage done to my roof. New American Home Improvement submitted the claim, met with the insurance inspector and kept me up to date on each step of the process. They moved quickly, efficiently and helped me get approved for a new roof! My new roof will be guaranteed for the next 30 years! What a relief! I highly recommend this company!

They installed a new roof on a five unit townhome. They did a great job with clean up , installing the roof was done rather quickly , but most importantly correctly. Fast forward seven years later , we had issues with raccoons coming on the roof , I contacted them to ask if they could stop by and see if any damage. They came within two days , checked things out and came up with an action plan to prevent further issues with wild life. The pictures they sent, the roof looked like new still. The quality of work down by this company is tremendous and they stand by the work almost a decade later !

Had a great experience with "ART" roofing. Joe and Sean were great to work with, and the crew was friendly and cleaned up well after themselves. We had a decking and waterproofing repair done with a new building we purchased. Had a couple heavy rains happen shortly after the repair and everything has held up as expected. Even got a follow up call a few weeks later to make sure everything was ok. Would recommend them to anyone that needs roof repair. Thanks Joe!

We recently had ART do our roof on a commercial building. We were struggling with leaks that were difficult to find hidden under our HVAC unit on the roof. Joe Hall did an amazing job in finding where our leaks were and his crew replaced our old damaged roof. They did an excellent job, they coordinated with our HVAC company and we are very happy with the end result! This is a very professional group and we highly recommend them for any roofing problems large or small.
