Called Advanced Rooter Service because I have a wife and daughters and they have a lot of hair and you know what hair does in drains… Derek quickly unclogged the shower drain and did a maintenance service on our sewer main. Throughout the entire process, he was informative, professional and respectful of our home. Derek has the experience and the knowledge to tackle the job!

Derek, owner of Advanced Rootor Service, was amazing. We had a severely clogged drain that finally reared its ugly head. Years of gunk, food and what not needed to be cleared. Fast, efficient, educational, and reasonable. Derek educates his clients so that they don't need him to come back. What more could you ask from a plumbing company? If I have any problems in the future, which I hope I do not and after the education I received, I will only use Derek and his company. Thank you.

We were referred to Derek to scope and confirm if our main sewer line is actually collapsed (it is). Derek tried his best to clear the line and was so empathetic when he couldn't and had to confirm it must be replaced. He cut us a deal, which is super appreciated. Would definitely recommend!
