When you reach out to an electrician, you are frequently nervous about how things will go. This company was proposed by Ford for a vehicle charger installation. Frankly, I was leery about having someone else select a contractor for me. Sharolyn was very courteous and very happy to explain the process to me. When I offered more technical questions she connected me with the project manager and he told me it would most likely go very smoothly. The estimation process happened remotely. The bid was just $250 to cover the permit charge (because Ford was paying for the charger and the installation). The at-home visit to confirm there would be no hitches went quickly.
