The gentleman at the counter (shown on the receipt as NAT) was fast, professional, accurate, and very nice. In his wonderful soft-spoken manner he took care of me quickly and offered additional service (car key option) in case I wanted anything else. He also gave me a business card. Quite professional. Nice job.

When I went in to get several keys made, the young man I dealt with was extremely warm and helpful. We chatted a bit about the owner as I asked him a few questions. He made my keys, I paid him and went on with my day. It was a very pleasant experience. Today, Art came to my home to change locks and make keys. He was very low key, got to work, chatted briefly as I engaged him in conversation; I paid the bill and he went on with his day. Art was extremely knowledgeable and professional. I would strongly recommend working with Advanced Security Safe & Lock.

I have amended my previous review. Initially, my experience was not positive. However, the owner of the company, Jack reached out to me personally, and apologized for the miscommunication on his part. He went above and beyond to correct my perception of his company by cutting an additional key for my daughter, free of charge. Byron who provided the service was excellent. I will now highly recommend Advanced Security for lockouts and key services. Jack’s humility and integrity truly shows his character and is reflected through his business practices as well. This company is top notch. Came to my vehicle within an hour of first contact with them. Makii was our tech and was able to make us a key and fob right on the spot. I'm keeping them in my phone contact forever!!!!
