Greenspring Rug Care

As usual Greenspring Rug Care did a wonderful job on the two rugs we sent to them. One rug is an oriental and the other is a custom made piece. Both had some issues from a former pet of ours. The oriental is under the kitchen table that’s in a high usage area. Colors look great with both pieces. The pick-up and drop-off techs were very polite. It’s only a matter of time before I call them again!

I was worried about cleaning my hand knitted wool Berber rugs I bought in Morocco but Greenspring Rug Care put my mind at ease and did a beautiful job cleaning them. The price was great due to a sale and they completed the job in less than a week. Highly recommend this business…. friendly, professional, and very skilled.

I was referred to greenspring by my sister during one of their sales. Recently went through a dog training period and thought I had to throw out two large expensive wool braided rugs. I took the chance and decided to see if getting them cleaned would work. I was extremely happy with the results. I put the rugs back down and the dogs don't even know there was accidents there in the past. We recently had an incident where one of my wool oriental runners was soaked in water etc. from our freezer shutting off while we were on vacation. Needless to say it was gross. Just got that back yesterday and it is odor free and looks amazing. They do a great job and they're communication is stellar. Everyone who works there has been very kind. They have great sales which is a plus! Highly recommend!

Had two 9X12 rugs cleaned. Our cars are small. How do you transport rugs to/from for cleaning? Rent a U-haul or Home Depot truck? Greenspring picked up and delivered, texted when arriving and communicated throughout the process. The guys were professional and nice. Unsure if price is competitive or not. Was convenient for us and would highly recommend.

This is my second time coming to Greenspring Rug Care to have rugs cleaned. They are always very friendly, courteous and pleasant to work with. They do an excellent job cleaning your rugs regardless of the size.
