Advanced Spa And Pool (ASAP)

We got a few quotes for a pool install and Jim was right in the middle and seemed the be the most knowledgeable and personable. Throughout the process he kept me in the loop about things and moved his schedule around as needed to fit us in and keep things moving. I csnt imagine using anyone else. As someone who is in the service industry I understand how important communication is and Jim did a great job at it. The pool came out awesome. Don't waste your time anywhere else. The whole crew at ASAP is top notch.

ASAP closed my pool this year. The crew was awesome! Very detailed. I left the discharge hose out after I drained the pool and was going to roll it up after they left. They did it for me!

ASAP was amazing getting my pool up and running. They have always been polite and helpful through the years, but this year I was on a tight timeline. They were able to repair damage that occurred last fall and get a new liner in before a graduation party. Jim from ASAP delivered on all the deadlines we had. I recommend ASAP without any reservations for anyone needing a reliable pool company.

My indoor hot tub had not been working for a couple years. I had others in to fix it and it would work for a few days the fail. They came in within a few days of contacting them, identified the problem and fixed it (replaced a pump). I had a second issue with the control panel that wouldn't let me raise the temperature & I needed to get it fixed by Christmas for visitors. They again came within a couple days and replaced the panel a couple days before Christmas and it works great now.

My wife and I are incredibly upset and frustrated with this company. In our opinion, ASAP did a bait and switch and were incredibly unprofessional, They installed the wrong pool and totally abandoned us. Contacted several pool vendors. ASAP was the most expensive. However, ASAP did not seem to have many complaints online. We contacted the manager to get detailed information about their pools. We wanted to make sure we were making an informed decision. Once comfortable, we contacted the manager again to purchase the pool. We went line by line for a complete cost break down for the pool. This included the pool, pool setup, pool package, training course for the pool, etc. We were explicitly told the only other cost was for an electrician for pump hook up.
