Excellent customer service--super easy to reach, very good communication throughout. Honest with pricing and material information. Ray was great with a quick install of replacing an old sprinkler irrigation controller. He answered all our questions. Completely cleaned up the work area. Luis arrived early due to a cancelation after coordinating with me. Very professional and polite. Resolved my problem in a timely manner and did a thorough check of the system prior to departing. Would definitely recommend!

Worker canceled first appt due to other jobs running over, but on rescheduled day said he had no time to repair due to other jobs. Company only wrote assessment on work order when I asked for actual repair. Worker took too long to assess, didn't tell me assessment was done until I went to check on him, and found him walking from his truck. When he saw me, he instantly then showed me the cause. Leaking line due to root, was halfway dug previously by me, root was only about a foot underground, worker had time during the hour to install bypass line around root, not rocket science. At 45 minutes, worker said he didn't have time to repair, would send me repair estimate, also said he was here 50 minutes and that gets rounded up to one hour charge. Has yet to send me the estimate for repair work

Snaked and hydrojetted yard drain. Arrived right in time. Did a great job clearing and cleaning the drain line.

It was great! The service was prompt, the estimate was accurate. Luis was a pleasure to work with and he came back several times to complete a difficult job. This week it poured rain and the drains ran great.
