I need to give a huge shout out and thank you to Advanced Systems contracting for making my vision for my two companies (Torch MMA and Fitness and Clark Salon and Spa) a reality They did 2 separate commercial remodels for me this year and were on point in every area possible. I have done quite a few build outs and remodels through the years and these guys are top notch. Just letting you know if you ever need any commercial renos or build outs these are your guys. The whole crew from the top down went over and above and finished my project super quick and on time. Special thanks goes out to Korey the gc, Stu the project manager and last but not least Robert and his workers for excellence. The owner John Horney is also a straight up guy and made sure I was satisfied. A+++

Im a sub contractor out of Maine, i was brought in by Aj Horney (son of the owner) to complete a Ups project in NH i was told that my final payment would be made when the job was signed off on by Ups, Inspector and franchise owners now he has not completed the final payment 2months after the closing on project. Mr. Horney has came right out and told me im not getting paid and that my efforts to collect the money owed were falling on death ears. Im a small selfemployed company with 5 kids and i spent 6 weeks on this project and need the payment to keep food on m y table. This company is un ethical and a distasteful representative of ups. I need this issue re solved.

Advanced systems operates like a small business all while giving off large corporation arrogance. I've never met a company to do business quite like them and certainly hope to never come across another like advanced systems.
