Contacted owner of company on 4/18/25 to fix a broken well pump. We agreed upon a price and he came out after a lot of back and forth on 5/8/25 to do work. I paid him $1350 with check. His wife came to my house the very same day to pick up the payment as I was running errands when he finished (red flag #1) The pump could never hold a prime and he said it was probably a bad check valve or that my well had gone bad. He had an associate come back a few days later to check both and he told me that my well was bad and needed to be redrilled. I contacted the owner again and we agreed upon a price of an additional 2500$ to do the work on 6/8/25. Mr. Larsen no showed. He had a family emergency out of town. We texted back and forth many times. Other estimates I had recieved to do the work

They showed up on time, explained everything clearly, and made the whole process easy and stress-free. The quality of their work speaks for itself, and I’m very happy with the results. I call him to help with a well pump that lost its prime, he showed up later that day and took a quick look at it and said the whole system needed to be redone and a new well dug. He then proceeded to grab a wrench and a hammer and broke the pipe off going into the ground. He then said I’ll be back at 7am to fix it. The next day he never showed up, called, or texted.
