I own a property management business and have called Advanced Cooling on several occasions for all my HVAC needs. Joe is honest, dependable and reliable, he responds quickly and completes the job in a timely manner. His prices are reasonable and I highly recommend Advanced Cooling.

Joe came to our rescue (again) and got our downstairs furnace working within hours of us giving him a call. He came back a few days later with the parts that are needed to buy us some time through the Winter to keep the unit running. Will definitely be using this company to replace it in the Spring! Joe is prompt and polite, knowledgeable and reasonably priced. I highly recommend him.

the work was good. My issue is that I had said my AC was fine downstairs, but upstairs wasn't working correctly. When I got the invoice, he charged $125 to "check the operation of the unit", after already charging me almost $900 for work he already did. I feel this was not the right thing to do, and only wanted to pad the bill from someone who lives in Westfield and has money to pay. I used him twice, but never again. It was not the money, it was the unfair business practices used to pad the bill while I as at work. STAY AWAY!!!!

When my old AC unit stopped working Joe came to my house in about 15 minutes. He quickly diagnosed the problem as compressor failure. I decided to upgrade the size of the unit and a proposal was provided for that early the following day. We proceeded with installation of the upgrade which works very well. I highly recommend Advanced Cooling for AC needs. Joe is extremely knowledgeable and skilled at repair / installation of the hardware. I find his pricing to be very reasonable based on past work by others. Also for a previous repair. Very responsive. Came when promised and fixed some problems that needed repair. Finished work is better than the original installation. Joe provided spring servicing. He was much more thorough than other companies used in the past. A bad section of ducting

Joe was recommended by some friends. He was extremely professional and accommodating. He was willing to work both days on the weekend to finish our air conditioning problem. He is courteous and answers emails immediately. In addition, his project cost was less than estimates I had received from other air conditioning contractors. I can’t recommend him highly enough!
