The representative of AdvantaClean was very effective in explaining the steps needed to evaluate all considerations to achieve the desired results. The procedures needed were explained in detail and estimate of time required. The team who performed the service were professional and respectful. After completing the tasks, the team left the area clean. This is the second time AdvantaClean has provided service for one of my properties. Their expertise and thorough work efforts are top notch. I would offer my highest recommendation and endorsement.

I seen all these wonderful reviews so when they double booked my appointment and asked me to change it. I did then no one showed up. I called an hour after the appointment. They told me that they don’t know if they can get me in. They would have to give me a call back at another date. I got a call back from Pete general manager at least that’s what his card said. He ended up coming out around 3 PM three hours after my second appointment he looked in my attic and he went to the crawlspace only to the front. No measurements were taken. I was told to call an environmental company that told me it’ll be a week before they can come out and take air samples. My crawlspace is clearly Full of mold that can be smelled throughout the house and even outside of the home. After contacting these air qual

They were hired by my building’s HOA so I admittedly don’t know all the details. That said they had to come to my place three times to finally get my air duct cleaned properly (it worked better before they cleaned it the first time). This was after them trying to convince me that it was either in my mind or an issue with my dryer. That was forgivable, but now I am forced to go outside, remove the cap to my air duct that they installed to clean it periodically because it doesn’t allow lint to leave the way a flap cap would. This is true of all the units in the building and now they are having to rent out a lift and hire a different company to come back and resolve the issues.Also, I was surprised to find that this cap is not screwed into the wall attached in anyway or sealed. Garbage work.
