Spent over $3,000 to have them replace an aging but working water heater at my condo. Noticed a leak right after installation, on the same day, they fixed it and I was assured that it would not leak again. And this is three months later. Same leak developed and the drain pan was filled with warm water, rust and mold had developed on the brand new water heater, and the wall adjacent to it respectively. Worst yet, they told me they would not be able to send someone out to fix it until three days later. Then I have to deal with the mold on the wall. Avoid this company for its poor workmanship and support at all cost. Update: They did come to fix the leak and replaced the drywall.

Great experience, would recommend to family and friends! Rusty and DJ were both professional and detail oriented. They worked as a team to get my new AC installed, can't thank them enough for their hard work. Also want to thank Rick and Raphael for their help! Advantage HVAC came through in a clutch situation I was having with my hot water heater and heating system. I was in a complete bind, and they not only tried to help me over the phone to troubleshoot, and when I couldn’t get the problem fixed they came out the next day first thing and was on time and fixed my issue very quickly. I cannot be more thankful for the service they provided me. They will be my go to HVAC company for any future needs. Thank you!!!!
