We woke up to no heat on a 6 degree day. Advantage had a technician, Kelly, to my house within an hour of my call. Kelly thoroughly checked my furnace and determined a new control board was needed. Kelly took the time to show me that the other components were working as designed. Kelly was able to locate and install a new board and get my heat back on within 3.5 hours of my first call. The service was very professional and I found the pricing for the work to be very fair.

Fantastic service through and through. Based on this experience alone I’ll never go to anyone else for HVAC work so long as I’m in the area. We had Advantage Air out for a routine furnace cleaning around 3pm and found that we had a cracked heat exchanger. With small children and pets, we had extra concerns about carbon monoxide. They were very understanding and offered to replace the furnace same day, no matter how long it took. Not only that, their price point was extremely competitive with everything else I could find.
