Incredible customer service. I had a major leak in my crawl space that leaked into the basement after a major thunderstorm. Adam and his crew were onsite within the hour with their equipment to dry out, disinfect, and restore the basement to prevent mold and water damage. They did an amazing job. Phenomenal customer service, honest and easy to work with. I highly recommend this team for any emergency services needed. 5 star experience.

ServiceMaster was suggested my by insurance agent as a company that “everybody” seems to be happy with. With flooded floors in my elderly mother’s condo. Without all of the details, I can say they are efficient, professional, and effective. They moved all furniture and personal belongings as many times as it took to get dried out and all the finishes restored. Adam at the Lisle, Il location has it all together and made it a simple solution within a huge disaster for an 89 year old. There are barely words for how well it went. I will trust them fully if the cloud of disaster strikes us again.
