These guys are the best! Eric and Nick are rock stars. They are very professional and deep understanding with their products and machines. If we ever have an issue, they walk us through resolutions or have an technician out immediately to take care of our issues.

This is the company that my apartment complex uses for the washer and dryers. If you have an issue with the washers or dryers, OH WELL!!! Because nobody will answer when you email them with a video of how the washing machine left clothes soaking wet, or how the dryers did not dry the load. I emailed them in July, as well as sent reminder emails to no avail. Still waiting. Lucky I didn’t hold my breath.

Just had our common area at Fairway Tower laundry room renovated and the new washers and dryers we purchased from Eric and his team at Advantage Equipment make it look fabulous! The residents say it looks like they are living at the Ritz! Easy company to work with and so responsive! Thanks for making this renovation go so smoothly!

I am beyond impressed with the customer service focus of every person at Advantage Equipment, Inc. I own a very busy dog boarding kennel which requires a great deal of laundering towels and dog bedding. Four years ago when my old residential washer failed, I reached out to Advantage as I wanted to upgrade to a new commercial unit which handles the volumn with ease. Two days ago my old residential dryer finally gave it up. I immediately reached out to Eric, and even though they didn't have any electric units in stock, he offered the use of a used dryer they had on site to get me through the 6 weeks lead time before their next factory shipment to arrive for a really nominal weekly lease fee. A couple hours later, I was back in business! You have created an amazing customer service culture!
