I have done 2 grading projects in Temecula with 2 different licensed grading companies. Advantage grading was superior in every way. If you want personal service throughout the project and great communication, Jerry is the right choice. You will get out of the box thinking like when he turned the rocks that were removed during grading into riprap, saving me quite a bit of money. The 2 regrets I have are 1) not using them on my first grading job. 2) not reaching out to Jerry to help guide me to a better Civil engineer. I suggest that you reach out to Jerry first, he will help you!!!

As a General Contractor I hire a lot of sub contractors. By far, Advantage Grading, was one of the best. Not only would I hire them again on all my upcoming project, I would also recommend them. Communication between cost, start time / completion time, and change orders was on point and I really appreciate when people pick up there phone and or call back in a timely manner (same day). We are very happy with the work Advantage has done for us. We had some grading and drainage issues at our property and Gerry the owner has been helpful on the two occasions he has done jobs for us. He responds quickly and is helpful and informative in giving a quote and presenting different solutions. Prices are affordable and reasonable. In the recent job they did for us they worked on our septic system by putting risers on the tank and making it more accessible. They also did some grading to help our drainage issue and put in drains on the side of our house so it doesn't puddle so much. The crew was great, on time, friendly and experienced - knew exactly what they were doing. Advantage is an honest company that does high quality work, I highly recommend them.

Advantage Grading is my contractor for the grading and development of my property in Fallbrook with a manufactured home. Gerry and Vince have been great! My wife and I live in Fallbrook and our house sits on a ridge with a steep hillside to the rear of the property. In February 2017 we experienced a burst water pipe in the rear garden which, combined with the heavy rains experienced in Fallbrook this winter, led to severe slippage of land down the hillside. Gerry and Vince were very responsive to our predicament and quickly provided us with a detailed statement of the work and cost required to repair the damage. Gerry worked with our insurance assessor to make sure that we would be reimbursed for the damage, and the insurance assessor told me that he was surprised at how reasonable Gerry's price was. Gerry also recommended that we should hire a soil inspector to monitor progress and issue a final report that we can present to a buyer when
