Raymond at Advantage was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to walk me through each step of his thought process on my heating issue, especially after I explained the horrible experience I had with a different company (Summers) that couldn’t solve the issue for well over 2 months. Raymond was patient with me and waited until I felt more comfortable that he had tested my furnace enough times before leaving (as the prior company would often rush out after it fired once for it to fail within the next 30 minutes and just kept pushing a new furnace) and reassured me that if the issue came back within 30 days that he would come back out free of charge to relook at it. Tom is very nice. He explained everything to us and made sure we understood. He was so kind that he didn't even complain about our little barking dog. She barked the whole time and he just laughed it off. We really appreciate him. He is very knowledgeable and knows how everything works. He made sure we got what we needed.
